The China Asset Management Fin-Tech Institute,(CAMFT), is a non-profit research body established by the China Insurance Asset Management Association and authorized by the Hangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau. In the course of building the Hangzhou International Fintech Center, CAMFT has been recognized as one of the 'Top Ten Financial Aggregation Key Projects' and serves as a financial development advisor for multiple cities in the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai, Zhejiang Province, etc) and Pearl River Delta regions(Shenzhen, Hong Kong, etc).
In the fintech field, CAMFT boasts three key strengths:
1. It has contributed to the formulation of six national asset management industry standards in China.
2. The institute has completed significant research projects on cross-border consumption, consumer rights protection, financial information, and credit innovation, entrusted by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC).

Not included in PBOC credit reporting system, funds are flexible, disbursed in lump sum, interest paid quarterly, principal repaid in full upon maturity. Annual interest rates hover around 5%, subject to variation based on corporate creditworthiness.
